Packing philosophy
Glass that survives 9,000 km of ocean and one enthusiastic forklift is a packaging problem, and we treat it as an engineering one: moulded-pulp cradles per product family, drop-tested master cartons, and a pre-shipment inspection bay where random crates are opened, photographed and re-sealed before container stuffing. Transit breakage across the last three years: 0.3 %.
