Raw glass audit
Every tubing lot is verified for expansion coefficient and hydrolytic class before it enters the shop floor.
Forming & annealing
Lampwork and automated forming, then a logged 570 °C annealing curve. Samples checked under crossed polarisers.
Calibration
Gravimetric calibration on 5-figure balances in our NABL-accredited ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory, at controlled 27 °C.
Serialisation
Class A instruments are laser-etched with a unique serial and the measured value is published to the verification portal.
